This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong client relationships.</a></p><br><u>Key Responsibilities</u>:<br><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for all lines of business in Canada</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li><a name="_Hlk185516136">Identify growth opportunities and implement plans to expand market share</a></li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy adjustments</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li><a name="_Hlk185516149">Actively engaging with customers to develop new products and refine existing ones, ensuring alignment with competitive dynamics, market conditions, and scalability</a></li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team across Canada</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li><a name="_Hlk185516170">Establish annual business development budgets, sales targets, and strategic plans</a></li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Highly disciplined, organized and metrics driven approach to managing and reporting on sales performance</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Serve as a key member of the leadership team and provide input on overall business direction, foster a positive work culture, and strong collaboration with other functional leaders.</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Continuous learning and thought leadership while participating in industry events and organization</li></ul><br><u>Skills and Qualifications:</u><ul type="disc" style=""><li><a name="_Hlk185509304">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</a></li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>15+ years of successful sales leadership experience</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>A balance of strategic vision and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li><a name="_Hlk185509364">Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the Canadian market</a></li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Strong understanding of Canadian electricity markets and the energy services sector (specifically demand response, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service).</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Ability to deliver on short-term targets, while implementing a long-range strategy and vision</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Powerful verbal and written communication skills utilizing various medium.</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Excellent financial and analytical skills</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Product development leadership by developing scalable solutions and innovative business models</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Entrepreneurial approach to business development with a positive “let’s figure it out” attitude and a desire to succeed</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Strong C-Level presence, strategic acumen, consultative-selling skills and executive credibility</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li><a name="_Hlk185516249">Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technologies</a></li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Ability to travel throughout Canada</li></ul><br><u>Rodan Benefits:</u><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Competitive salary </li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Performance and Profit Sharing bonus</li></ul><ul type="disc" style=""><li>Complete benefits package and group RRSP matching</li></ul><br>Rodan Energy is strongly committed to diversity and equality of opportunity.
